Trip to Science Centre. DNA again. But this time round, I know RNA. : )

Calista took my dad's car too, to Science Centre in the morning.
Okay yeah, girls dominated the whole Macs.
And we're learning bout DNA. Genes to proteins, bacterial transformation
Er yeah It was a really good experience other than the fact that I was feeling nausea after touching ( smelling) the agar in the container. Wth. I felt really nausea and felt my whole stomach churning. wow. that sucked.

Extracing out the DNA from oat Germs. oh btw, Lilin, Rane Joce and I were in the same grp.

Ok. this glove sucked . oh and btw I just realised. People can't do lab work. THey love love to defeat purpose of using something Thanks angela. she actually touched my hand. as in, my flesh , my skin , with that gloves on, for what? let me felt the temperature of her damn glove -.- How interesting with full of bacteria and stuffs, with me feeling so nausea.

We infested the. Biofluorescent thingi This would be the end results and stupid agar! btw! GREEN FLUORESCENT PROTEIN.
